6 months already?

I know I have said it a hundred times, but girls are so different than boys. While Cam was content with being a baby, I feel Harper wants to skip it altogether. She is completely crawling. I'm not talking military crawling, I'm talking full on crawling. She has 2 teeth half way in on the bottom. She will drink from a straw, and almost prefers it. We had to lower her crib not too long ago all the way down because she is pulling herself up. She is getting so big too soon! Is it too much to ask for her to stay little and snuggly for a few more years?

Harper loves her brother, even when he's not too thrilled with her. She watches him all the time, laughs when he is being silly, and even copies his screams. I will have to video it. It's pretty cute.

Trying to stand without holding on to anything.

She is truly the sweetest little girl. She smiles and laughs all the time. She sleeps well and eats even better. She is currently in 6-9 month clothes and a size 4 diaper. Her hair is coming in a little more and sticks straight up. It's too cute.

Oh, how we love her!

Can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street?

All you have to do is come across the Groupon that gets you cheap tickets, mention to your husband how much it means to your son and leave out the fact it is on a Sunday during football season, and get in touch with one of his best friend's wives and get her to drag her family along. (You're Welcome, Kevin:). Voila! Sesame Street here we come!

Tucker, Cam, and Mia ready for the show!

"Where has cotton candy been all my life?"

Cam and Mia did such a great job. They danced, clapped along, and sang. They really enjoyed it.

Before mentioned best friend.
Can't you feel the happiness:)

It's that time of year!

That's right, it comes every year. As much as I enjoy watching Keeping up the Kardashian's and other mindless television, they will have to wait. As much as I enjoy hanging out with my husband, I will have to "share" him with his other love. Yep, football season has official started.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy getting together with friends and "watching " the game, (this usually entails lots of eating and talking with the other girls). 4 days a week is just too much! I would like to have a talk with the people who decided college football should be played on Thursday and all day Saturday and Pro should be played Monday and all day Sunday. Can they squeeze them in all in one day...just a suggestion.
I don't think it's changing anytime soon.

Since Matt is at the game tonight (watching Georgia lose to South Caroline, Yikes!), I will sneak in a few episodes of Team Mom and post a few pics of my sweet family dressed up for the game last week.

Can you see the excitement in Matt's eyes. Just don't talk to him when Georgia loses. It's not pretty!

Getting Schooled

I cannot believe that I have a little boy old enough to go to preschool. He has been looking forward to this since last year and would ask all the time if he could go to school like Tucker (his cousin). Well, the time has come and he is beside himself.

No tears!
No whining!
No looking back!

He is going to "Tucker's School," John's Creek Christian 2 days a week from 9:30-1:00. He comes home telling me everything. From which of his friends cried to what songs they sing to what snack was that day. He is in Heaven!

Ready to go!

His sweet teachers, Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Linda

See ya later!

I feel like I am going to turn around and it's going to be time to drop him off for college. Time...slow down!

Bed Time

Cam has always loved his crib. We joked that he would still be sleeping in it when he's 8. I was trying to decide is we should switch him to his big boy bed or keep him where he is. I read online that if he doesn't climb out (he never has) and still sleeps good (he does), to keep him in the crib.

I decided to do the complete opposite and move him into the train bed. He was just fine with it. He tells me all the time that he is a big boy that sleeps in a big boy bed and goes to big boy school.
Now, if only I can get him into big boy underwear!

Helping Daddy take down the crib

I know it's a little tacky, but he loves it!

One more milestone down!
