Super Cam!

What is it with boys and super heroes?

Cam's favorite thing to do (besides hitting and screaming) is wearing a cape and running around the house pretending to be Superman. I don't think he has ever seen Superman, but I guess he caught the super hero bug from my nephews. He is hooked!

When our sweet neighbor brought over a real cape for Cam to borrow, Cam was in heaven. We are lucky he doesn't want to wear it to bed.

Harper is finally big enough to join Cam at bath time. It's so much easier bathing them at the same time and they both seem happy to have the company. Cam was very sweet to his little sister and even wanted to share his toys with her and rinse her off. Small Victories:)

I'm 5 Months Old!

My happy little girl is 5 months old.

From eating everything from sweet potatoes to peaches...

getting ready to crawl...

and sitting up (with some assistance)...

you are growing up so fast!

Harper is still wearing 3-6 month clothing and a size 3 diaper. She is taking 2 good naps a day and sleeping through the night. She loves her baby doll and her big brother. She watches every little move Cam makes. I'm not sure if that's because she wants to be like him or because she is scared of him:).

Pool Time!

At Harper's 5 month check up the doctor asked if we had tried putting Harper in the pool yet. We hadn't even thought about it, but after she gave us the go ahead, we decide to try it. She loves bath time and she is such a squirmy baby, we thought she would love "swimming." We were right!

Couldn't leave this little guy out. He is at the stage of not wanting any help, including in the pool. He swims and swims and gets upset when we get near him. Gotta love those 2 year olds:)

What do you do with a very active 2 year old who wants to play golf when it's way too hot to be outside.....

You teach him how to play Wii golf:). I think I have created a monster!
